Sign up & add the extension

Create your free ChannelStudio account

1. Go to the sign up page .
2. Click Continue with Google to create a free account.
3. If you don’t have the browser extension installed, you’ll be prompted to install it .

Add the browser extension

The browser extension is required to use the YouTube keyword research features in ChannelStudio.

1. Go to the ChannelStudio extension on the Chrome Web Store .
2. Click Add to Chrome to add the browser extension.
3. The ChannelStudio app will automatically open, where you can start researching keywords for your YouTube channel.

Pin the browser extension

Pinning the extension makes it easy to research a YouTube keyword when inspiration strikes.

1. Click the extension button in your browser toolbar (to the right of the web address bar).
2. Find ChannelStudio in the list.
3. Click the keep button next to ChannelStudio.
4. The ChannelStudio extension button should now appear in your browser toolbar.
